An integral part of the Implementation Game Plan which outlines the strategies and methodologies used for constant and relevant communication between all stakeholders from both sides to keep the deployment moving at a constant pace.

Pillir recommends an effective communication model which enables the key stakeholders to share any information during the implementation stages, such as assigning responsibilities for project tasks, identifying and informing of any changes, mitigating risks.

This communication model incorporates:

1. A weekly or bi-weekly cadence call to discuss status and open issues
2. A weekly status report that is sent to all stakeholders
3. A highlighting of any open issues and/or show-stoppers for the deployment

The status report that will be sent to you will be tweaked appropriately based on customer specifications, as illustrated below.

The status report keeps all stakeholders in sync and highlights as necessary any open items or risks as necessary, so that relevant parties can take appropriate actions.

Customers need to provide the email address and relevant contact details of all stakeholders involved in the project implementation who need to receive the status report.
