Phase V - Go-Live & Knowledge Transfer

This is the last phase of the implementation where the App is rolled out to End-Users. This phase includes providing appropriate guidance and training to appropriately install and execute the App. Some of the major activities in this phase are:

1. Smoke test
2. Guidance on App installation
3. App execution guidance and communication to end Users
4. Support as necessary

Deliverables

The knowledge transfer or training on the App installation and execution typically consists of a walk-through of the App development process as well as any relevant documentation for the ongoing support of the Apps.
