This phase focuses on capturing and analyzing App adoption and continuous iteration of the App. Pillir will provide remote support, as identified in the SLA, and guidance but expects customers to take over these responsibilities to provide for continuous improvement.
Although Pillir executes a majority of the efforts during implementation, customers are expected to provide a reasonable amount of support since the EdgeReady Cloud is integrated to their core IT systems and applications.
Customers are also expected to collaborate with the implementation team in activities such as giving appropriate access and requisite guidance, to make the implementation a joint success that uses the least amount of effort and time from both sides.
The typical timeframe for Pillir to deploy an App is anywhere from 2-to-6 calendar weeks depending on the use case. This assumes enough and consistent availability and support from customer end.
