      Introduction

      This Release notes document primarily describes Feature Updates and Fixed issues for v6.4.65 of the EdgeReady platform.

      Scope

      The scope of the document is restricted to describing the feature updates, fixed issues, known issues and deployment instructions(if any). It does not cover the resolution methods.

      System Requirements

      • Supported Desktop Browser for EdgeReady Platform: Google Chrome v116 or higher
      • Supported Browsers for EdgeReady Web Apps: Internet Explorer, Google Chrome or Safari
      • For EdgeReady Mobile Apps: Android 13 or higher / iOS 17 or higher

      Feature Update

      1New Timer block feature added for user tasks within a Group component
      This feature is used for use-cases with escalation scenarios that are time-bound. Eg: If approval is not given within a specific time period, reminders would be sent at specific intervals after which an action on the workitem would be taken automatically.
      • The timer property can be set on user tasks in two ways:
        • Specific - set to happen at specific time intervals that can vary.
        • Repeat - set to happen repeatedly at fixed time intervals and then ends finally at the mentioned time.timerblock

      Fixed Issues

      1Email configuration issues in the Send Email component reported in some Tenants.
      The Email configurations for outgoing emails were not functioning as expected, particularly with 'Microsoft Outlook'.      		v6.4.65
      2Workflow approval/reject action through email is not working as expected
      The issue was identified under the following conditions:
      • If there are filter conditions applied in the workflow lanes
      • If an Assignment block is used with "assignedToUser" filter defined

      Login issues were reported on WebApps when SAML Authentication was enabled.

      Troubleshooting

      Differences observed in the SAP XML of the preview app and a published app.When a table variable is revised, ensure to open all services(BOS) that make use of the table variable and re-map the table variable again.

      2SAP BOS Mapping Issue

      When a business function variable is mapped to the SAP input table, it requires all the columns in the BF table variable to be mapped, if not it doesn't work. 

      Restrictions

      For the EdgeReady Platform - Only Google Chrome is supported.
